Subscribe to proxy events (client joins/leaves, control changes, session lifecycle). Each subscriber gets every event from the moment it subscribes; slow subscribers may observe broadcast::error::RecvError::Lagged.

The address your bot (Account::offline(...)) and any vanilla spectator clients should connect to.

Stop accepting new clients. Live sessions keep running until their connections close.
