## Scope and third-party material
This license covers the original Axis source code, documentation, scripts, and
repository-authored verification records to the extent that their copyright is
held by Furkan Haney or contributed under these terms.
It does not relicense third-party dependencies or externally obtained datasets,
toolchains, model artifacts, images, or other materials. Those components
remain subject to their respective licenses and terms. In particular, cuTile
and the Rust packages recorded in `Cargo.lock` are dependencies rather than
part of the Axis license grant, and the repository-local CUDA setup helper
downloads NVIDIA software governed by NVIDIA's terms.
A file-level notice or accompanying license takes precedence for material that
states separate terms. Links to external projects or artifacts do not place
their contents under this license.
