## Concept projection

Gemini lacks a native skill / agent registry, so persona, skills, and
project memory are concatenated into a single
`<workdir>/.gemini/system_instructions.md` file. MCP servers land in
`<workdir>/.gemini/settings.json` under the `mcpServers` key.
