atome 0.8.8

An async, `cpal`-based audio engine for Rust. `atome` gives you a small, composable API for building real-time audio applications — sample playback, mixing, routing, and DSP graphs — without wrestling with platform audio callbacks, device enumeration, or buffer management yourself.
Documentation
# atome's Linux test image, Fedora. Built and run by docker/run.sh; see
# linux-debian.Dockerfile for what is in it and why.
#
# Fedora's own ffmpeg leaves out the encumbered encoders the fixtures need, so
# the converters come from RPM Fusion — only for making fixtures; atome itself
# never links ffmpeg.
