- **Responsibility**: Document each invariant with a precise statement, enforcement mechanism, and consequences of violation.
- **In Scope**: Thread-safety requirement for blanket impls, blanket impl non-conflict invariant.
- **Out of Scope**: Test strategies for verifying invariants and runtime behaviour under violation.
