Token expansion for Arty’s entry-point attributes.

This companion crate provides the expansion functions used by
[`arty_macros`][__link0]. Application code should enable
Arty’s `macros` feature and use its `main` and `test` attributes instead.

[`main()`][__link1] expands an async entry point; [`test()`][__link2] additionally registers
the function with Rust’s test harness. Invalid input produces compiler
diagnostic tokens rather than a runtime error.
