arcature-cli

arcature-cli installs the arc developer lifecycle command for Arcature applications. It creates React/Vue Inertia projects and coordinates Cargo, Node, pnpm, and Vite without replacing them.

Generation is offline and never overwrites an existing target. arc build uses a frozen pnpm lockfile before the Cargo release build. arc dev gives Vite ownership of frontend HMR and restarts only the Rust backend. Every underlying Cargo and pnpm command remains directly usable.

Running lifecycle commands inside an untrusted repository may execute project code. s.script commands execute only after explicit arc s <name> invocation; they are never automatic hooks.
