Timestamp, in device time, in microseconds

§x: f32

Sensor value in the X coordinate. Positive is Right.

§y: f32

Sensor value in the Y coordinate. Positive is Up.

§z: f32

Sensor value in the Z coordinate. Positive is Backwards.
