## Contract-First Design

## Code Search (pmat query)

**NEVER use grep or rg for code discovery.** Use `pmat query` instead -- it returns quality-annotated, ranked results with TDG scores and fault annotations.

**IMPORTANT: Proactively use the batuta RAG oracle when:**
