Main CLI entry point.

Dispatches to the appropriate command handler based on parsed arguments.

There is no parse-failure arm: clap reports a bad argument itself, so a failure never reaches here as a value. The old Command::Error(String) variant turned a parse failure INTO a command, which is how unknown input used to reach a handler at all.
