## Phase 3.1 Summary - Reverse CSR Implementation

Successfully implemented reverse CSR (Compressed Sparse Row) structure for O(1) incoming neighbor queries, eliminating the O(E) scan bottleneck.

4. **`expand_to()`** - Expands both forward and reverse row offsets

1. **`test_reverse_csr_structure`** - Verifies reverse CSR matches forward CSR semantics
2. **`test_reverse_csr_multi_edges`** - Tests multi-edge handling (duplicate edges)
3. **`test_reverse_csr_with_add_edge`** - Tests dynamic edge insertion with reverse CSR

**Total**: 40 tests (23 unit + 4 integration + 8 property + 5 doc)

### Compatibility

- **Parquet Persistence**: No changes required - reverse CSR rebuilt from edge list on load

### Breaking Changes

⚠️ **API Change**: `incoming_neighbors()` now returns `&[u32]` instead of `Vec<u32>`
- **Migration**: Change `&callers` to `callers` when iterating (callers is now already a slice)
- **Benefit**: Zero-copy, more efficient
