# PMAT Extreme Integration for Trueno

## Overview

Trueno now has **full PMAT integration** with O(1) quality gates, comprehensive quality workflows, and continuous improvement tooling. Trueno already had excellent PMAT integration; this upgrade adds **O(1) Quality Gates (Phase 3.4)** and enhanced documentation validation.

## What's New (Phase 3.4 - O(1) Quality Gates)

### 1. O(1) Quality Gates Configuration
- **`.pmat-metrics.toml`** (NEW) - Trueno-specific thresholds for Tier 1/2/3 framework
- **`.pmat-metrics/`** (NEW) - Metric storage directory (trends/, baselines/)
- **Pre-commit hooks** (ENHANCED) - O(1) validation (<30ms) + TDG + bashrs

### 2. O(1) Metrics CI/CD Workflow  
- **`.github/workflows/quality-metrics.yml`** (NEW) - Automatic metric tracking
- Tracks: lint-fast, lint-full, test-tier1, test-tier2, coverage, binary-size, bench
- 30-day trend analysis with ML-based regression prediction
- PR regression warnings with actionable recommendations
- 90-day artifact retention

### 3. Enhanced Documentation Validation
- **`make pmat-validate-docs`** (ENHANCED) - Now generates deep context first
- Validates README.md and CLAUDE.md for hallucinations, broken refs, 404s

**Critical Finding**: 25 unwrap() calls (vs 6605 in ruchy - much better!)
