allowed_chat_ids: Vec<String>

When non-empty, only these Telegram (or channel) chat IDs may send inbound messages.

allowed_sender_ids: Vec<String>

When non-empty, only these sender user IDs may send inbound messages.

settings: HashMap<String, String>

Free-form per-channel settings (channel_id, space, server, nick, …). Kept untyped so a channel — including one registered by a plugin — can take the parameters it needs without a config schema change.
