Config(String)

The app’s [email] section can’t produce a working client — an unknown provider, a missing key, no from address. Raised at startup where possible, so a deployment fails to boot rather than failing at the first password reset.

Message(String)

The message itself is unusable: no recipient, no body, no sender.

Transport(String)

The provider could not be reached, or timed out.
