### Scope

- **Purpose**: Document operational procedures for the Claude API client that operators execute to configure, authenticate, and maintain the system.
- **Responsibility**: Master file listing all operation doc instances with ID, name, purpose, and status.
- **In Scope**: Operational procedures for authentication, secret management, and credential loading.
- **Out of Scope**: Source code documentation, API design decisions, and algorithmic implementation details.
