The translation (field-to-scope mapping, regex normalization for the
Rust `regex` crate, and shieldset packaging) is performed by
`scripts/atr-import.py`. Upstream rule identifiers are preserved in
rule ids (`atr.<category>.<number>`) and per-rule comments so findings
remain traceable to the original corpus, including its OWASP / MITRE
ATLAS / NIST AI RMF / ISO 42001 / EU AI Act reference mappings.
