# Contributing

Use the Nix development shell before running project commands:

```sh
nix develop
```

In another terminal, start the local PostgreSQL service before running the
DB-backed test suite:

```sh
nix run .#services
```

The dev shell exports:

```

Before opening a pull request, run:
