Fields (Non-exhaustive)

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.

max_filter_samples: u32

Maximum samples available to filter effects and layer minification. Analytic edge coverage remains enabled even with a one-sample budget.

motion_blur_subframes: u32

Deterministic temporal samples used by motion-aware runners.

The most filter samples any pass takes: the runtime passes, layer minification and the blur shaders all stop there, so a larger budget renders the same pixels. Renderer::set_quality_controls applies at most this, or less where the device’s tier takes less (Renderer::filter_sample_limit).
