# alpha2-extensions
Extension providers that supply frames of formats the host decoders do not read: SVG, animated images, Lottie, OpenEXR, image sequences.
Part of [alpha2](https://github.com/alpha2-sh/alpha2), a media engine that renders timeline projects on the GPU. `alpha2-host` reads these formats with it, and the browser with the same code (`alpha2-extensions-web`).
