## CI Workflow Fix

### Fixed: http Version Specification Error

**Problem**: The minimal versions test tried to pin `http@1.0.0` which no longer exists after the update to http 1.4.0.

**Error**:
```
error: package ID specification `http@1.0.0` did not match any packages
help: there are similar package ID specifications:
  http@1.4.0
```

**Solution**: Changed the CI workflow to use package name only:

```yaml
# Before:
cargo update -p http@1.0.0 --precise 1.1.0
# After:
cargo update -p http --precise 1.1.0
```
