Expand description

Storage category of a model column, derived from its Rust field type.

Configured additional fields use it to coerce raw JavaScript values before binding, exactly as the SeaORM adapter coerces by its column type.

Variants§

§

Number

A Better Auth Number stored with INTEGER affinity.

§

Text

String, char and text columns: values use the backend’s TEXT cast.

§

Json

JSON documents.

§

BpChar

String-backed PostgreSQL CHAR(n); opt in per model column.

§

Double

f64 columns.

§

Float

f32 columns.

§

Int

i32 columns, including typed NULLs.

§

BigInt

i64 columns, including typed NULLs.

§

Boolean

bool columns.

§

Other

Timestamps, bytes, UUIDs and custom values: bound unchanged.

§

NaiveTimestamp

UTC wall-clock timestamps, bound as PostgreSQL TIMESTAMP.
