  case, codegen relies on the default values used by the `aldrin-macros` crate.
- The `error` module is now hidden and `SubprocessError` is exported at the crate-level.
- `Generator` is now `Copy` and `Clone`.
- Rename `Generator::generate_rust()` to just `rust()`.
- The `register_introspection()` function is now suffixed with the schema's name.
