## 🏛️ The Engineering Philosophy: Homeostasis
The `aicent-stack` repository is a unified Cargo workspace. Our mission is to eliminate the **Latency-Tax** and the **Middleman-Tax**. Every contribution is treated as a proposed mutation to the organism's DNA. We prioritize **Performance Determinism** and **Memory Safety** above all else.
### The Seven-Pillar Standard:
All integrations must respect the metabolic synergy between the domains:
1. **🌿 Soul (epoekie):** Intent must align with Mutualistic Symbiosis.
2. **⚪ Brain (aicent):** Reasoning must reach finality in < 200µs.
3. **💎 Nerve (rttp):** Pulses must utilize the 64-byte hardware-aligned header.
4. **🔴 Immunity (rpki):** Verification must add **+0µs** to the critical path via SIMD.
5. **🟢 Blood (zcmk):** Settlement must be atomic and zero-commission.
6. **🟡 Body (gtiot):** Sensory-motor loops must operate at **1.2kHz**.
7. **🟣 Hive (aicent-net):** Global jitter must remain **< 5µs**.

## 🔬 Technical Prerequisites (The Baseline)
To maintain a **Full-Blooded** implementation, all contributors must adhere to:
- **Rust Toolchain:** Version 1.85+ (Edition 2024). Mandatory use of `clippy` with pedantic lints.
- **Zero-Allocation:** Heap allocations are strictly prohibited in the critical reflex path (Sensing to Actuation).
- **SIMD Hardening:** Performance-critical logic (RPKI/ZCMK) must be optimized for **AVX-512** or **Tensor Core** acceleration.
- **Submodule Integrity:** The Hub manages 13 organs via Git Submodules. Any change to a sub-organ must be synchronized with the **`MAXCAP`** private engine logic.

## 📜 The Integration Workflow (The Neural Path)
We do not accept unverified mutations. Follow the **Sovereign Workflow**:
### 1. Identify or Propose

- **Propose Evolution:** Use the [Evolution Proposal](https://github.com/Aicent-Stack/.github/issues/new?template=evolution_proposal.yml) for protocol enhancements.
### 2. Neural Integration (The Pull Request)
Submit a PR to the relevant sub-repository. Your submission **MUST** include:
- **Performance Proof:** A trace showing no degradation of the **161.8µs** reflex arc.
- **Immunity Audit:** Passing all `cargo clippy` and `cargo test` cycles with zero warnings.
- **Substrate Neutrality:** Verification that the code honors the host infrastructure as per the **[🌿 Epoekie Symbiosis](https://github.com/Aicent-Stack/epoekie)** doctrine.
### 3. Homeostasis Verification
Maintainers will audit the PR for logic pathogens. Once a **2/3 majority quorum** is reached, the mutation is merged and synchronized across the 13-repository matrix.
