`agent-runtime-infra-adapter` maps the provider-neutral Runtime ports onto
`agent-infra-sdk` clients for model, context, workspace, resources, trace,
identity binding, delegation, and interaction flows.
The adapter validates deployment configuration and keeps Agent Infra DTOs out
of the Kernel. It is a published internal package selected by Runtime
Bootstrap, not an Agent authoring dependency.
