# Agent Runtime Definition Builder
`agent-runtime-definition-builder` provides immutable builders and authoring
conveniences used by `agent-runtime-sdk`. It assembles Agent definitions,
validates behavior identity, and computes deterministic manifests without
loading deployment settings or starting infrastructure clients.
This is a published internal implementation package. Agent authors should use
the `AgentBuilder` and related re-exports from `agent-runtime-sdk`.
