Agent Runtime Config

agent-runtime-config loads and validates the typed TOML configuration used to start an Agent Runtime process. It owns deployment concerns such as listener, scheduler, Agent Infra binding, journal, authentication, and context limits.

Secrets are redacted from Debug output. Agent behavior and tool definitions do not belong in deployment configuration; author them with agent-runtime-sdk.
