# Agent Runtime Config

`agent-runtime-config` loads and validates the typed TOML configuration used to
start an Agent Runtime process. It owns deployment concerns such as listener,
scheduler, Agent Infra binding, journal, authentication, and context limits.

```

Secrets are redacted from `Debug` output. Agent behavior and tool definitions
do not belong in deployment configuration; author them with
`agent-runtime-sdk`.
