Agent Runtime Bootstrap

agent-runtime-bootstrap is the production composition root. It converts a validated RuntimeConfig plus an Agent definition into a wired application, including adapters, execution coordination, Kernel, HTTP transport, readiness, and graceful shutdown.

This package is published so Runtime distributions can compose the official implementation. Agent and tool authors should use agent-runtime-sdk; direct Bootstrap APIs are internal and may evolve within the 0.1 line.
