## [Unreleased]

## [0.1.1] - 2026-08-07

### Added

- Initial implementation of the [Agent Plugins specification][spec] v1.0.0.
- `Loading`, a sans-IO state machine that speaks the specification and asks
`Question`s rather than touching a filesystem, plus the `Source` trait,
`load_dir` for real directories, and `MemSource` for in-memory packages.
- Manifest parsing with the exact §5.2 fatal/non-fatal split: unknown
top-level fields and a non-object `extensions` are reported and ignored,
every other schema violation rejects the plugin.
- `mcp.json` parsing as a closed transport union, with per-entry failure
isolation, §7.2.1 URL and `command` rules, and the three permitted `cwd`
  forms.
- Agent Skills discovery and `SKILL.md` validation, with skill bodies parsed
into a navigable `Document` of sections addressable by heading path or slug.
- `${PLUGIN_ROOT}` / `${PLUGIN_DATA}` expansion with the non-recursion
guarantee of §9.2, and `LaunchPlan` for the §9.1 subprocess contract.
- A conformance corpus in `fixtures/cases/`, shared with the TypeScript
  implementation at [agent-plugin-ts].
