# Agent-First Mail Notes

This repository contains the afmail spore. Follow the installed
`agent-first-mail` skill for mailbox workspace operations.

For repo-local Codex use, install the skill with:

```bash
afmail skill install --agent codex --scope workspace
```

Do not manually edit `.afmail/`; it is machine-managed state. Generated
Markdown template overrides live under `templates/` inside each afmail
workspace.
