## Instructions
Standalone instruction files installed via `InstructionSurface`. Uses
`InstructionPlacement::InlineBlock` because Forge's memory file does not
expose a documented `@import` syntax; the body is injected as a tagged
HTML-comment fenced block in the existing memory file.
