#[non_exhaustive]pub struct InitializationVersionMismatch {
pub requested: ProtocolVersion,
pub selected: ProtocolVersion,
pub response: SelectedInitializeResponse,
}Available on crate feature
unstable_protocol_v2 only.Expand description
A successful initialize response that selected a lower protocol version
than the local API requires.
Reported by InitializeOutcome::LowerVersion. This is not the -32022
(Unsupported protocol version) error an agent returns when it supports no
version at or below the requested one.
Fields (Non-exhaustive)§
This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional
Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.requested: ProtocolVersionThe protocol version the local connection requested.
selected: ProtocolVersionThe lower protocol version the peer selected.
response: SelectedInitializeResponseThe peer’s validated initialization response for the selected version.
Implementations§
Source§impl InitializationVersionMismatch
impl InitializationVersionMismatch
Sourcepub fn new(
requested: ProtocolVersion,
response: SelectedInitializeResponse,
) -> Self
pub fn new( requested: ProtocolVersion, response: SelectedInitializeResponse, ) -> Self
Describe a peer that answered a request for requested with
response, selecting the response’s protocol version.
Useful for exercising fallback paths in tests.
