Re-export framework services (HTTP, URI, etc.) from the dedicated services crate.
A body already in memory, handed out in CHUNK_LEN-sized pieces.
For a backend that has the bytes already — a cache, a bundled asset, a test double — so it satisfies the same chunked contract as one still on the wire and its callers cannot tell the difference.
