}Expand description
The projection used to transmit the captured backdrop through glass.
Variants§
Radial
A radial projection toward the optical axis.
Surface
A projection perpendicular to the nearest surface edge.
EdgeLens
Successive outward and inward sample displacements with circular falloff profiles.
The return amplitude is 17.5/9 times the outward amplitude. Its default depth
is 7/36 of the outer profile; GlassDynamics::edge_return_depth_dp overrides it.
LayeredSurface
An outward backdrop warp followed by the material’s inward surface warp. Both coordinate maps are composed before sampling, avoiding an intermediate image. Amplitudes and depths are absolute; activity controls the resting fill separately.
