Struct Capabilities

Source
pub struct Capabilities<'a> {
    pub uses: &'a [Use],
    pub demands: &'a [Demand],
    pub opens: &'a [&'a str],
}
Expand description

Everything one application asks of a device.

Fields§

§uses: &'a [Use]

The services the application uses.

§demands: &'a [Demand]

The hardware the application cannot run without.

§opens: &'a [&'a str]

The media types of the files the application opens, such as "audio/*" or "application/pdf": the platform then offers it for those files, in a share sheet and in “Open with”, and hands what the person picks to cranpose_services::incoming_share.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Capabilities<'_>

Source

pub const NONE: Capabilities<'static>

An application that asks for nothing.

Source

pub fn has(&self, service: Service) -> bool

Whether the application declared this service.

Source

pub fn reason_for(&self, service: Service) -> Option<&'static str>

The sentence declared for a service, if it has one.
