Table

Struct Table

Source
#[non_exhaustive]
pub struct Table { pub keyspace: Option<String>, pub name: String, pub columns: Vec<Column>, pub partition_key: Vec<String>, pub clustering: Vec<ClusteringColumn>, pub base_table: Option<String>, pub indexes: Vec<Index>, pub span: Span, }
Expand description

A table definition.

Fields (Non-exhaustive)§

This struct is marked as non-exhaustive
Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
§keyspace: Option<String>

Keyspace, if the CREATE TABLE qualified the name.

§name: String

Table name.

§columns: Vec<Column>

In declaration order.

§partition_key: Vec<String>

Names of the partition key columns, in key order.

§clustering: Vec<ClusteringColumn>

Clustering columns, in key order.

§base_table: Option<String>

For a materialized view: the base table it reads from. Views are read-only.

§indexes: Vec<Index>

Secondary indexes (legacy, SAI, SASI or custom) defined on this table.

§span: Span

Where the table is defined.

Implementations§

Source§

impl Table

Source

pub fn index_for(&self, column: &str) -> Option<&Index>

Whether column has an index that can serve op (see Table::indexes).

Source

pub fn column(&self, name: &str) -> Option<&Column>

Finds a column by its normalized name.

Source

pub fn is_counter_table(&self) -> bool

Whether the table has a counter column.

Source

pub fn qualified_name(&self) -> String

keyspace.table, or just the table name if unqualified.
