if specified the ‘OR REPLACE’ clause will be added.

not_exists: bool

if specified the ‘NOT EXISTS’ clause will be added.

name: FQName

the name of the function.

params: Vec<ColumnDefinition>

the parameters for the function.

return_null: bool

if set the function should return NULL`` when called with NULL`` otherwise the function should process the input.

return_type: DataType

the data type the function returns.

language: String

the language the function is written in.

the code block containing the function
