How execution treats a plan that has no earned-value baseline yet. Server-configured once at startup with CPM_BASELINE_MODE.

Variants§

§

Auto

Execution takes the first baseline itself, from the current graph as of the call, in the same write transaction (the default).

§

Refuse

Execution is refused with BASELINE_REQUIRED until the operator calls plan.baseline.
