The stored summary of one EV snapshot: the report’s totals and ratios (an undefined ratio stays None, serialised as null) and the alerts raised when it was taken.

Why each null ratio is undefined (as in EvReport::undefined). Absent in summaries stored before this field existed.

§alerts: Vec<String>§backfilled: bool

as_of is more than BACKFILL_TOLERANCE_HOURS before taken_at. EV and AC are measured when the snapshot is taken, so a backfilled snapshot pairs a past PV with present progress; trend alerts ignore it. Absent (false) in summaries stored before this field existed.
