Peer registration uploaded to Arweave for discovery.

Each node publishes its onion address, capabilities, and topic coverage. Registrations expire after 72 hours and should be renewed every 24 hours.

v3 onion address (56 characters, no .onion suffix).

node_id: [u8; 16]

Node ID: BLAKE3(public_key)[0..16].

public_key: [u8; 32]

Ed25519 public key of this node.

capabilities: PeerCapabilities

Advertised capabilities.

topics: Vec<String>

Topic coverage tags.

embedding_model: [u8; 32]

BLAKE3 hash of the embedding model weights used by this node.

timestamp: i64

Registration timestamp (Unix milliseconds).

signature: [u8; 64]

Ed25519 signature over BLAKE3(CBOR(preceding fields)).
