Expand description

The frozen genome the file carries (header.genome, bit GENOME).

Fields§

§id: String

Stable family id, e.g. "embryo-o1-fam-a". Gradient training of a sealed trunk is a NEW genome id (a new birth), not generation+1.

§generation: u32

0 at birth.

§status: String

pre_chat | sealed | candidate | rejected.

§trunk_hash: String

hex hash64 of the trunk AS ENCODED in this file (trunk_hash). A writer fills an empty value; a non-empty one must match the content or the writer refuses.

§encoding: String

"f32" | "f16" | "q4tp" | … (informational).

§master_trunk_hash: String

trunk_hash of the f32 master (== trunk_hash when encoding is "f32"; the writer fills it then). Skill records bind to THIS, so a requant does not orphan them.

§parent: Option<GenomeParent>§reference: Option<Value>

Measured reference battery {name: {value, dataset_sha256}}.

§moe_experts: Option<usize>

E0: trunk experts per MoE layer of a resonance-routed genome (arch.moe.router_resonance). The writer fills an empty value from arch.moe.num_experts when it seals the genome; the reader refuses a value that disagrees with the arch. expert_append records grow every layer from here (expert_append_base). Absent on dense / gated-MoE genomes and on files written before the field existed (genome_moe_experts falls back to the arch).

Implementations§

Source§

impl GenomeInfo

Source

pub fn birth( id: impl Into<String>, status: impl Into<String>, encoding: impl Into<String>, ) -> Self

A genome at birth; the writer fills trunk_hash (and the master hash for f32) and moe_experts from the content it writes.
