Struct ContentHash 

pub struct ContentHash(pub [u8; 32]);

A SHA-256 hash of content for integrity verification.

Content hashes enable:

• Tamper detection: any change to content changes the hash
• Efficient comparison: compare 32 bytes instead of full content
• Merkle tree construction: hashes combine into a tree
