Struct JsonlWriter 

pub struct JsonlWriter { /* private fields */ }

Streams events as JSONL (one JSON object per line) to any Write + Send.

Wraps the writer in a Mutex so JsonlWriter is Send + Sync and can be shared across the coordinator threads.
