Debug-ring layout injected as CONSORTIUM_DBG_* compile-time variables.

Unlike IPC, the defmt logger does read its region from the environment: consortium-dbg’s config module resolves CONSORTIUM_DBG_BASE and CONSORTIUM_DBG_LENGTH with option_env! in a const context (and treats the presence of BASE as “debug configured”). So the debug carrier keeps the physical base the IPC carrier drops.

Physical base of the debug ring, as seen by the logging core (raw memory).

length: u64

Length of the ring in bytes.
