Crate configbuilder_pattern_loader 

configbuilder-pattern-loader — the loader domain’s trait contract (Loader, LoaderOps, ConfigSection, OptionalSection, SectionLoaderBound, the Feature*Ops traits, ConfigError) and its tech-agnostic reference implementation: DefaultLoader (the { ops: Box<dyn LoaderOps> } generic dispatch shell, renamed off *Impl here — it doesn’t care what real LoaderOps implementor is boxed inside) and the in-memory feature bookkeeping (FeatureRegistry/FeatureRecordBuilder/FeatureMetadata/FeatureState/ FeatureSummary/OverrideSource/Topology).

The real, filesystem/TOML-backed LoaderOps implementor lives in configbuilder-svc-loader-spi instead.
