Optional position of a contract violation within a decoded artifact.

Fields are independent hints (list index and/or grid row/column). Absent coordinates mean the violation is artifact-wide or the loader did not attach a finer location.

Non-exhaustive structs could have additional fields added in future. Therefore, non-exhaustive structs cannot be constructed in external crates using the traditional Struct { .. } syntax; cannot be matched against without a wildcard ..; and struct update syntax will not work.
