An error used with the LweCiphertextDiscardingCircuitBootstrapBooleanEngine
trait.
This type provides a
LweCiphertextDiscardingCircuitBootstrapBooleanError::perform_generic_checks
function that does error checking for the general cases, returning an Ok(())
if the inputs are valid, meaning that engine implementors would then only
need to check for their own specific errors.
Otherwise an Err(..)
with the proper error variant is returned.

Generic error: The input LWE dimension of the private functional packing keyswitchkeys need to be the same as the bootstrap key output LWE dimension.

MismatchedGlweDimension
Generic error: The output GGSW ciphertext GLWE dimension must be the same as the private functional packing keyswitch keys GLWE dimension.
MismatchedPFPKSKCount
Generic error: The number of private function packing keyswitch keys does not match the required amount for the given output GGSW ciphertext.
MismatchedInputLweDimension
