Expand description

Reused scratch plus change-tracking for the per-frame transform propagation.

A caller owns one and passes it to propagate_transforms_cached each frame: every buffer is refilled in place (no per-frame allocation once they reach steady-state capacity), propagation is skipped entirely on frames where neither the Transform nor the Parent column changed since the last recompute, and on frames where only some Transforms were written only those entities’ subtrees are recomposed.
