pub struct BoundaryOp {
pub name: &'static str,
pub symbol: &'static str,
pub params: &'static [BoundaryParam],
pub returns_batch: bool,
pub fast: bool,
}Expand description
One logical boundary operation, stated without saying which side calls it.
symbol is the Host’s C export. Every platform binding, the GraalVM function
declarations, the Android shims and the browser forwarders, is a rendering of this
table, which is why none of them is written by hand.
Fields§
§name: &'static strDirection-neutral name, in PascalCase.
symbol: &'static str§params: &'static [BoundaryParam]§returns_batch: boolWhether the operation answers with a mutation batch.
fast: boolWhether the call may skip the runtime’s thread state transition on Android. That is only sound for a call that cannot run long, because the thread stays runnable and the garbage collector cannot suspend it while the call is in flight. A call that runs the VirtualDom can run long.
