Variants§

§

None

§

Text

§

ProtocolError

§

KeyDown

§

Range

§

Double

One f64. Every value-carrying widget shares it, so the same concept has one name on the wire whether the value counts days or slides between two ends.

§

WindowSize

§

DesignSystem

One u16: the tag of the design system the Renderer resolved the theme to.

§

NotificationActivation

A u32 saying what was pressed (0 for the body, 1 or 2 for an action button), then the notification’s key as a string reference.

§

NotificationPermission

One u32: the notification permission the Renderer last saw.

§

Animation

One moment in a renderer-played animation: its id, what happened, the property and slot it plays on, the iteration, the elapsed time and the frame time.

§

ReducedMotion

One u32: whether the platform asks for reduced motion.

§

CodeChange

One committed edit to a code editor’s document: the version it produced, the range it replaced in the document as it stood before, and the text that replaced it.

§

CodeEditRejected

A Host edit the Renderer would not apply: the request it answers, the version it was written against, the version the document had reached, and the range as sent.

§

CodeHover

A pointer resting on, or leaving, a place in a code editor: the decoration under it, where it is, and which of the two it was.

§

CodeSave

The save shortcut, with the version of the document it was pressed on.

§

Decoration

The id the application gave one decoration, which was pressed or accepted.

§

Pointer

One pointer happening inside a subscribed node: its kind, which pointer, where, which buttons and modifiers, the wheel deltas and when. A fixed 72-byte record.

§

Zoom

Two f32 and an i32: the whole zoom factor, the system’s text size, and the application’s zoom level.

§

CodeSelection

Where a code editor’s selection is: the document version and the two ends.

§

CodeVisibleRange

Which lines of a code editor are on screen, folded lines left out.

§

CodeFocus

One word, 0 or 1: whether a code editor holds the keyboard focus.

§

CodeFold

The line a fold starts on and whether it is now collapsed.

§

CodeComposition

One word, 0 or 1: whether an input method is composing in a code editor. The composed text is never part of it.
